We serve as trustee for our clients when the need arises. As trustee, we hold and administer property or assets for the benefit of a third party. When our clients appoint us as trustee, they are relying on us to make decisions in the beneficiary’s best interests. We have a fiduciary responsibility to the trust beneficiaries.

We are responsible for the unbiased management of all property and other assets owned by the trust for the benefit of a beneficiary. Our duties as trustee are unique to the agreement of the trust and are dictated by the type of assets being held in trust.
