Dan Rea III

Dan Rea serves as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development and Business Affairs for the Pawtucket Red Sox. Rea oversees all business functions of the Boston Red Sox’s Triple-A affiliate, while also managing the team’s real estate interests around their new ballpark, Polar Park, scheduled to open in Worcester, Massachusetts in 2021. Rea was a key member of the negotiating team that crafted an agreement with city and state officials to build Polar Park and 500,000 square feet of adjacent mixed-use development.
Prior to joining the PawSox, Rea spent 10 years in the Front Office of the Boston Red Sox. While there, Rea coordinated the planning and execution of Fenway Park's 100th anniversary in 2012, then served as Chief of Staff to Red Sox President/CEO Larry Lucchino from 2013 to 2015. Dan is a graduate of Harvard University and lives with his wife Lindsay and son in Framingham, MA.
