Dan Rea III

Dan Rea III

Director

Dan Rea serves as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development and Business Affairs for the Pawtucket Red Sox.  Rea oversees all business functions of the Boston Red Sox’s Triple-A affiliate, while also managing the team’s real estate interests around their new ballpark, Polar Park, scheduled to open in Worcester, Massachusetts in 2021.  Rea was a key member of the negotiating team that crafted an agreement with city and state officials to build Polar Park and 500,000 square feet of adjacent mixed-use development. 

 

Prior to joining the PawSox, Rea spent 10 years in the Front Office of the Boston Red Sox.  While there Rea coordinated the planning and execution of Fenway Park's 100th anniversary in 2012, then served as Chief of Staff to Red Sox President/CEO Larry Lucchino from 2013 to 2015.  Dan is a graduate of Harvard University and lives with his wife Lindsay in Framingham, MA.

Tammy Lockhart

V.P. Investment Operations

Tammy Lockhart joined Family Fiduciary Services in January 2009 as an operations assistant. Tammy started in the industry as a Mutual Fund Accountant with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. She went on to help develop the Mutual Fund Department at UMB Bank in Kansas. She also has experience on the trading side as an assistant to Institutional Stock and Bond brokers for A.G. Edwards. In her current position, Tammy runs operations, interfacing with clients and our investment custodian. She resides in Topsfield with her husband Paul and two sons.

Kate Fogg

Bill Pay Manager/Operations Assistant

Kate Fogg joined Family Fiduciary in September 2020.  She has years of experience in the Family Office industry managing billing operations for high net worth clients. In her current position she manages bill paying and assists in operations, interfacing with clients and our investment custodian. She resides in Swampscott, MA with her husband and two daughters.

David Grey

President/Director

Mr. Grey is the President of Family Fiduciary which is a Registered Investment Advisor.  Mr. Grey previously held the position of President and CEO of IpswichBank, a publicly held bank which was sold to TD Bank in 2002 for 23 times* the original I.P.O. proceeds in 1993. Under the direction of Mr. Grey, IpswichBank was one of the fastest growing and most profitable banks in the U.S.

Mr. Grey graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Economics and also attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He served as Board Chair of Children's Friend and Family Services which provides various social services to children and their families north of Boston. He is also an active member in the mentoring program at Children's Friend. He resides in Beverly Farms, MA with his wife Janet.

Cameron O'Neill

V.P. Investments

Cam is a Vice President of Investments – Portfolio Manager.  Cam previously worked at Citi Private Bank in Boston where he served as Assistant Vice President of Investments working with Ultra High Net Worth Clients.  Prior to Citi, Cam worked as a Regional Investment Consultant at Fidelity where he consulted financial advisors and their clients on portfolio construction and retirement planning.  Cam’s undergraduate degree is in Economics from Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.  Cam was a 4-year starter on the Holy Cross Division I Baseball Team and played for the Falmouth Commodores in the Cape Cod Baseball League.  Cam resides in Boston with his fiancé, Kaitlyn.

Stephen Wilchins

Chairman of Board of Directors & Investment Committee member

Stephen Wilchins’ business and estate planning practice guides business owners and their families through a variety of corporate and personal matters including general corporate, transfer of business interests from one generation to another, and estate and succession planning, charitable planning and personal matters.

As a certified public accountant, Stephen provides clients with an intricate understanding of critical tax considerations during the planning process. His comprehensive know-how and calm demeanor helps clients to feel at ease when faced with long-term decisions.

With almost three decades of experience as a trusted advisor, Stephen provides smart planning advice delivered through a personalized service model. Also, Stephen is a sought-after speaker, covering topics across all areas of estate planning and business succession. He presently serves on the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors of seven privately held companies.

Larry Miller

Director & Chairman of

Investment Committee

Dr. Miller is a Board member of Family Fiduciary and serves on its Investment Committee. Dr. Miller is currently, founder and CEO of Apnimed Inc., a biotechnology company located in Cambridge, MA.  Dr. Miller has previously served as founder, senior manager, or Board member of a number of healthcare/life sciences companies and as Senior Vice President at Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management. Dr. Miller holds faculty appointments at Harvard University and Tufts University.  He was educated at Harvard College, Cambridge University, and Harvard Medical School and completed his clinical training at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He resides in Cambridge, MA with his wife Ellen.
