David L. Grey - President/Director

Mr. Grey is the President of Family Fiduciary Services which is a Massachusetts Registered Investment Adviser and a Corporate Trustee. Mr. Grey previously held the position of President and CEO of IpswichBank, a publicly held bank which he sold to TD Bank North in 2002 for 23 times the original I.P.O. proceeds in 1993. Under the direction of Mr. Grey, Ipswich Bank grew from $90MM to $325MM in assets and was one of the fastest growing and most profitable banks in the U.S.

Mr. Grey graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Economics and also attended Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He currently serves as Board Chair of Children's Friend and Family Services which provides various social services to children and their families north of Boston. He is also an active member in the mentoring program at Children's Friend. He resides in Wenham, Massachusetts with his wife, Janet, and two daughters.

Lawrence G. Miller, MD - Director/Investment Committee

Dr. Miller is a Board Member of Family Fiduciary and serves on its Investment Committee.Dr. Miller is a Partner and Founder of the Mediphase Funds. Prior to founding Mediphase, Dr. Miller was Senior Vice President, Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management in Boston. Before joining H&Q, he was Executive Vice President and Director, Internal Operations at Avicenna Systems Corp., subsequently acquired by CareInsite.Dr. Miller was previously Vice President at HPR, Inc. as the company underwent dramatic growth and a successful IPO in 1995.Dr. Miller is trained as a physician and pharmacologist and was a faculty member in the Department of Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. Dr. Miller was educated at Harvard College, Cambridge University and Harvard Medical School, and completed his clinical training at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Dr. David P. Simon - Investment Committee

Dr. Simon is the Stanton Professor of Finance at Bentley College. He is a specialist in Fixed Income and Derivatives and has published extensively on these topics in academic and practitioner finance journals. He has over 20 years experience in the investment arena starting as an Economist for the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC. He is a valuable member of Family Fiduciary Services, Inc.'s Investment Committee.

Dr. Simon has a PhD. in Money and Financial Markets from Columbia University Graduate School of Business; an MBA in Finance from University of California at Berkeley; and a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. Sample of writings: An Examination of Short QQQ Option Trades, Journal of Futures Markets; A Conditional Assessment of the Relationship Between the Major World Bond Markets, European Financial Management; Are TIPS the Real Deal? A Conditional Assessment, Journal of Banking and Finance.

Daniel J. Wood - Vice President Investment Operations

Daniel Wood, Vice President and Operations Manager of Family Fiduciary Services, is a Registered Investment Advisor and has worked in the financial services industry since 1994. Before coming to Family Fiduciary he was with a $1 billion retirement plan administrator managing their Fiduciary Supervisor program. He has also worked at Putnam Investments, where as a Senior Account Officer, he was responsible for 25 clients and $450 million in assets.

Mr. Wood graduated from Daniel Webster College with a B.S. and Rivier College with an MBA. He has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation and is the current President of Independence Rowing Club.

Carol A. Donlon - Executive Assistant

Carol Donlon began working as an Executive Assistant to David Grey in 2005 . Carol previously had worked for the Securities & Exchange Commission in Boston as the Secretary of the Enforcement Division. She has also worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the Connell companies. In her current position, Carol performs day-to-day administrative duties, interfacing with clients and working with our investment custodian, Fidelity Investments. She is also responsible for the regulatory information required by the State of Massachusetts and the Securities & Exchange Commission.

Tammy Lockhart - Administrative Assistant

Tammy Lockhart joined Family Fiduciary Services in January 2009 as an administrative assistant. Tammy started in the industry as a Mutual Fund Accountant with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. She went on to help develop the Mutual Fund Department at UMB Bank in Kansas. She also has experience on the trading side as an assistant to Institutional Stock and Bond brokers for A.G. Edwards. In her current position, Tammy performs day-to-day administrative duties, interfacing with clients and with our investment custodian, Fidelity Investments.
